eStack.ca collects only the information needed to operate the site, respond to financing requests, measure performance and connect users with relevant providers when appropriate.
eStack does not ask for your SIN, bank-account login, exact credit score or date of birth in the Funding Matcher.
We use submitted information to respond to your request, identify a relevant financing category or partner route, improve the matcher, prevent abuse, measure marketing performance and operate eStack.ca.
When you submit the Funding Matcher, you must actively consent to being contacted regarding your financing request and, where relevant, being connected with financing providers. You may withdraw future marketing/contact consent by emailing info@estack.ca.
We may share the information you submit with a financing provider when that is relevant to the request you asked us to help with. We do not sell a general list of Funding Matcher submissions to unrelated advertisers.
Form submissions may be stored by eStack's website-hosting and form-processing providers. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, legal obligations and legitimate business analysis, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so do not send highly sensitive credentials or banking information through ordinary website forms or email.
eStack.ca links to third-party providers. Their privacy policies and terms apply after you leave eStack. Review them before submitting additional personal information.
